Here we have collected some frequently asked questions that can help you decide what is best for you or how to get answers to your questions. If we have missed something you are looking for an answer to, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to answer your question within 24 hours. However, it usually happens much faster than that. You can always rest assured that our primary goal is to ensure that your customer experience is both safe and not over until you are satisfied with your purchase. This has been one of our strengths since day one and will always remain the foundation of Jaktstil.
What is your delivery time?
The normal delivery time is 1-3 working days, but in about 90% of cases the order arrives the day after it is sent from us and we ship with DHL. If you place your order before 10.00 on a weekday, your package will be packed and shipped the same day.
Where is my package?
You will always receive an order confirmation from us on the email you provided. When the goods have been shipped, another message with tracking information will reach you on the same email. You will also receive a notification on your mobile when the package has arrived at your agent. If you do not receive this email, please contact us and we will see how we can help you.
Do you have a physical store or can I come and try on clothes at your office?
Yes we have, two places! You can visit us in our store at Linnégatan 76 in Stockholm, or go directly to our central warehouse in Kungsbacka to test and shop on site. But if you have questions about sizes, you can also always email us or check out the size guide.
I have bought the wrong size or regretted my purchase. Can I exchange or return the goods?
Of course, it's a yes to both scenarios. With us, you always have 14 days of open purchase and right of withdrawal on your goods, even on discounted products. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. However, a prerequisite for the right of withdrawal to apply is that the product is unused and undamaged when we receive it with patches and / or other protection not removed. You have the right to open the packaging to check the functioning of the goods within reasonable limits, but the goods may not be used. However, in the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping (69 SEK when using the return shipping documents provided by us). Please notify us at [email protected] that you regret your purchase and that you intend to return the product, then we know that your package is on its way and that the withdrawal period has not expired. Can I return an item I bought at a reduced price?
You are absolutely allowed to do so and the same conditions and policy apply as for the question above.
How do I return an item?
According to routine, it should always be sent with a printed return shipping document you can stick on the package and hand in at a parcel agent. If for some reason it has been missed or you accidentally throw it away, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with a new one. The package also includes a document where you fill in which item you want to return and the reason. You can read more here in our terms of purchase.

I've returned an item and I'm wondering when my money will be refunded?
Within three days of receiving your package, we will start the refund process, but usually on the same day. Once the return is administered, you will be notified via the email address the purchase was made by. Usually the money reaches you within 1-2 working days after that, but if it has not happened within 5 working days, you can contact us to see the status. In the case of returns, as mentioned above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a deduction of SEK 69 is therefore made on the refund.
I have regretted my purchase. Can I just skip picking it up?
It is possible to do so as the package is automatically sent back to us after usually 12 days. However, we are charged an extra fee from the carrier that you as a customer are responsible for in the event of an unclaimed package. Thus, you as a customer will be charged SEK 250 for the unclaimed package. The easiest way is to just stick on the enclosed return shipping label and hand in the package to the agent. How do I complain about a product that unfortunately did not meet my expectations?
We are happy to be spared from complaints but will of course assist you in the matter should it arise. Contact us at [email protected] with as detailed a description as possible of the problem with when, how and where it occurred and preferably in combination with a picture. This will make it easier for us to help you as soon as possible.
How do I know which size to choose?
Getting the size right is always a challenge with e-commerce. Most of the time, we mention something about how the size is perceived by us and other customers in the product description. However, our size guide is usually a very good guide for what size to choose. Beyond that, you can of course always contact us at [email protected] for advice.
How do I know that the order has gone through?
An order confirmation should be sent automatically to the email address you provided. If this does not happen, please contact us at [email protected] and we will see what may have happened.
Can I stop an order that has not been sent?
If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us at customer service at [email protected] and we can try to stop it or if you wish to make a change to it. If the order has not been sent and can be stopped, you will be fully refunded. Please note, however, that we sometimes have a high load on our customer service and do our best to answer or start handling incoming cases within 24 hours on normal working days. However, during peak periods, there is a risk that it may take a little longer and we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped or changed.
How to book a hunting trip with you?
You can fill out the forms in connection with each trip or contact us at [email protected] to ask any questions you may have or to find out more about prices, arrangements and all our destinations.
Do you sell hunting clothes in large sizes?
Yes, that's right, you can buy hunting clothes in large sizes from us and if a particular product is not in your size, we will of course do our best to get it for you. Especially our British brands such as Alan Paine and Hoggs of Fife are large in size and many often go down a size from their "normal" size to fit as desired and we can therefore recommend them in the first place for those who are looking for hunting clothes in large sizes.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
We do not send out newsletters to people who have not signed up for them or actively chosen to accept this. The easiest way to unsubscribe is to click on the link that says "Unsubscribe me" or "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.
Can we as a company or hunting team shop with you?
Yes, that's fine. We don't have a special section in the checkout for that so contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with it.
Can we get our logo or other printed with you as promotional clothing?
Yes, it's no problem and we have helped many satisfied customers with it. Contact us at [email protected] and we will take it from there. If you have more than 10 items, you can do it at cost price. It costs SEK 800 to upload and create your logo profile and if it is embroidery or printing up to 10 cm, it costs SEK 35 each. Contact us for other price examples or questions.
How do I use a discount code?
Provided the discount code has not expired and is still valid, it should be entered in the field/box at the checkout where the discount code question appears. We rarely work with discount codes and it is not something that is given out easily.
Can I order abroad?
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to order abroad. However, this is certainly something that may change in the future.
I have a question about my invoice. How do I proceed?
If you have traded with Klarna, you can contact them regarding invoice issues at [email protected] You can also call them on 08-120 120 10 or visit their website for that. If you have used another payment method, you can contact us at [email protected].
I would like to cooperate with you in some way, is that possible?
We currently have an ambassador program where we work with a number of selected individuals or groups. Most often they are people with something that distinguishes them in the field of hunting, fishing or outdoor life. However, we receive many requests and unfortunately cannot jump on all initiatives for cooperation. Do you deliver to countries outside Sweden?
We are now glad to open up for orders outside the Swedish market as well and have now included the whole EU in our shipping zone.
Are there different rules for orders outside Sweden but within the EU?
Terms of service and termos of purchase are the same except the shipping cost, return cost and expected delivery time.
