Ordering within Sweden

We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK, and normally have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. Order before 10.00 and we will pack and ship your package the same day. 

Ordrar har normalt en beräknad leveranstid på 1-3 arbetsdagar. Fraktkostnaden är annars 59 kr. Beställning görs på vår hemsida www.jaktstil.se. Om du är osäker på hur du beställer från oss, maila gärna vår kundtjänst på info@jaktstil.se.
Förlängda perioder av öppet köp gäller ej varor med nedsatt pris, då är det ordinarie 14 dagars returpolicy. 

We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree that name and social security number are registered in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have placed several orders, we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package. As a customer, you are responsible for providing correct and complete information in order for delivery and contact to be carried out correctly. We use automated systems that confirm and contact you by e-mail and mobile phone. 

Order outside Sweden

We offer free shipping on orders over 2500 SEK, with an estimated delivery time of 1-7 working days. The wide span of delivery time variations is based upon where in the world you liv.

Orders outside the EU are subject to local VAT and customs fees. 

Size or Color Exchange

If it concerns, for example, an exchange of size or color, the same procedure applies as for a return – send back what was incorrect or what you don’t want to keep.
Thereafter, place a new order at our website with the desired product size or color. 
For products or orders with a total value exceeding 2500 SEK (approximately 228€), your new product and order will automatically receive free shipping at the checkout. 

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our customer service immediately at info@jaktstil.se.

Prices and product images

All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. A possible shipping cost will be added, depending on the amount you order. 

The product images on the website do not guarantee the exact appearance and nature of the goods. We reserve the right for any errors in product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

Jaktstil Scandinavia AB reserves the right for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, Jaktstil Scandinavia AB reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our ads. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders. 

Personal data

By placing an order, you agree to our privacy policy regarding personal data, which you can read above. By doing so, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill and provide the service you can expect from us. Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to receive the information we have collected and recorded about you. If you consider it inaccurate or irrelevant, you can request its correction or removal from our customer register. Please contact our customer service by email or phone and we will help you. 

The information you provide about yourself is used by Jaktstil Scandinavia AB and our partners for payment and delivery. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain inaccurate personal data and/or where the customer has a payment default.

All content on the domain www.jaktstil.se, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software is the property of Jaktstil Scandinavia AB or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery time for packages within Sweden is normally 1-3 working days, and we offer free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK. The shipping cost for packages under 1000 SEK is 59 SEK. Jaktstil Scandinavia AB uses different shipping solutions to deliver goods, but in the vast majority of cases DHL is our forwarder. We normally handle your order within 24 hours (weekdays) from ordering until the item leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the item in stock. Once the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the freight forwarder who delivers your order within the specified time. Jaktstil Scandinavia AB cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal.

Till vissa orter och postnummer levererar speditören inte dagligen, i vissa fall endast en gång i veckan. Vid leverans till dessa utlämningsställen gällen inte den ordinarie leveranstiden om 1-3 arbetsdagar. Detta gäller främst vissa delar av Norrland samt Gotland, men förekommer även på ett fåtal andra orter. As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. There may be occasions when it is impossible for us to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to us. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service. 

Payment

At checkout, you can choose between different payment methods. You can read more about them here.

Jaktstil Scandinavia AB has the right to do a credit check where required to be able to grant credit time. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the specified time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date may result in late fees and interest. 

Right of withdrawal and return

With us, you always have 14 days of open purchase and right of withdrawal on your goods, even on discounted products. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. However, a prerequisite for the right of withdrawal to apply is that the goods are unused and undamaged when we receive them. You have the right to open the packaging free of charge to check the functioning of the goods within reasonable limits, but the goods may not be used.

Jaktstil Scandinavia AB wants to confirm the return and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are sent back. You have 14 days to return the goods from when the notice of withdrawal has been sent. However, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal and do not need to wait for our reply. We recommend that the return is made with the enclosed return consignment note, or Posten Varubrev or Posten Företagspaket. The customer is responsible for the return cost according to Posten's postage table or shipping cost for the accompanying return consignment note (standard cost SEK 69 is deducted at the time of refund), and is responsible for the item until it has been received by us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or postage paid. When returning a canceled purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the shipping. A deduction corresponding to the return cost (SEK 69) is therefore made when we assist you with a prepaid shipping label.

Reimbursement

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself, you do this at klarna.se. Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price including any shipping costs (not return shipping) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days according to the Distance Contract Act. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment, we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the return amount to your card.

Uncollected parcels

We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that arises in the case of uncollected packages (return shipping, expedition cost). According to the shipping agreement with DHL, SEK 250 is charged for a package that has not been collected during its time. We in turn charge that fee to the customer. The shipment stays with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you need to pick up the package and then return as described above. 

Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrectly dispatched product, please contact our customer service immediately by email. Describe the defect in as much detail as possible. If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may of course complain about the product. Making a complaint means that you contact us and tell us that you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased. You also tell us why you are not satisfied.

Think about this:

For you to be able to make a complaint, the fault must be original, i.e. it must have existed when you received the goods. An original defect does not necessarily have to appear immediately when you receive the goods. It can be an original defect even if it appears after a certain time.

Normal wear and tear does not fall under original defects, and you must not have caused the defect yourself.

You have the right to make a complaint about a product for 3 years after you receive it.

Your rights in the event of a faulty product

If it turns out to be an original error, you may be entitled to:

  • Getting the item repaired (remedial)
  • Receive an equivalent, faultless product (redelivery)
  • Get a discount on the price
  • Canceling the purchase
  • Withholding payment
  • Get damages

You cannot make all claims at the same time. As a rule, we have the right to try to repair the defective product or send you a new one. As a consumer, you can't demand a cancellation and a refund straight away, but we must first be given the opportunity to rectify the fault.

It is important that you contact us and tell us about the fault as soon as possible. If you make a complaint within two months, it will always be considered timely.

You are always the one who has to prove that the product is actually faulty. During the first 6 months after the purchase of a product, it is up to the seller to prove that the defect did not exist in the first place. Once more than 6 months have passed, you must prove that the goods were originally faulty.

If the complaint is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a full refund and can also claim compensation for other costs incurred in connection with the complaint, such as return shipping. However, the consumer must always mitigate their damages.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

Any dispute shall be resolved by either the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
