Orders within the EU

The same terms of purchase for EU orders are the same as within Sweden and always following the laws and regulations of the territory, with an exception of the shipping and return cost and expected delivery time.  

Free shipping on purchases over 2500 SEK (approximately 228€).
Shipping cost of purchases below 2500 SEK is 180 SEK (approximately 16€).
Expected delivery time: 2-7 days (not included weekends and holidays).

Orders to Norway

Orders sent to Norway may be eligible for additional Norwegian VAT in accordance with local law and customs regulations.
Free shipping on purchases over 3000 SEK (approximately 3000 NOK).
Shipping cost for order values below 3000 SEK is 380 SEK (approx. 380 NOK).

Orders to the US

Orders sent to USA may be eligible for additional local VAT, taxes or other cost in accordance with local regulations. 
Free shipping on purchases over 350$.
The cost of shipping for order amounts below 3500 SEK is 28 USD. 

All orders outside the EU are subject to local taxes and possible customs fees in accordance with local law and regulations. 

Returns

NOTE: As a customer, you have a 14-day exchange and open purchase period for all items from the time your order is collected.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, the return parcel must either be received or notified to us at info@jaktstil.se within the above-mentioned period.

For the return to be accepted, the item needs to be returned unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and placed back in the original plastic in which the item was delivered.

Please note that you are always responsible for the risk during transportation and are liable until we receive the return.

The return needs to be sent as a business package, and you can either book it yourself or purchase a return freight from us by contacting our customer service. Don’t forget to include your order number.
